How can I compare prices between door styles?
You can click on the "change door style button in the basket" this will display the total cost of all the items in your basket for each door. Please note that this function only works with the door supplier of the current door selected i.e. PWS, Burbidge, Multiwood etc....
Are the images on the site an exact representation?
No they are for illustration purposes only, however we have made every effort to keep as close as possible to a true representation. If in any doubt contact the sales office.
How do I place an order?
You can place an order by using the check out facility on this website, email the order to email@example.com or fax the order to 01823 665550.
When I place an order for a kitchen, what happens next?
When we receive an order we check to make sure the order looks okay, we check aspects of the order such as have you got the correct carcase colour for the door style you have ordered. We will also look to see you have items such as plinth, cornice and lighting pelmet. We will also confirm that you are okay with the delivery timescale and the terms of delivery. You will receive an acknowledgement of your order, once you have confirmed everything is okay with the order and delivery we will then put the order into production.

Sage Pay provides a secure payment gateway (Level 1 PCI DSS), processing payments for thousands of online businesses, including ours. Guarantee: What guarantee comes with my kitchen?
Every kitchen supplied by us comes with a 10 year guarantee on carcases, drawer runners and a 1 year guarantee on doors, accessories, hinges and wireworks. In the rare event that a manufacturing defect does arise please contact our offices.
Who will deliver my kitchen?
Your kitchen will be delivered by our own delivery drivers so you know your kitchen will be handled with the care it deserves from when it is loaded on our vehicles to arrive at your premises. If you have ordered a small or sample item this will be delivered by a carrier.
Are your Kitchen Units supplied Rigid?
Our factory built rigid kitchen units are supplied with the Hettich soft-close doors and Blum fully extendable soft close drawers completely fitted. The fully assembled units colour co-ordinate, inside and out with your chosen door. Each unit is manufactured with a high-density Egger 18mm board; this coupled with cam and dowelled joints makes for one of the strongest and most durable kitchencarcases available.
Do your corner units come with corner posts?
Our corner base/wall units come with 150mm MFC filler as standard, however we do recommend ordering a corner post from the door accessory section for an exact match.
What is supplied in a fitting pack?
Each base unit fitting pack is supplied with legs, l-shape brackets and shelf pegs only, wall unit fitting packs are supplied with wall brackets and shelf pegs only. (no screws or connecting bolts are supplied).
Does the colour of your units match the doors?
All our units are colour co-ordinated to the door, inside and out. You have the option to choose a board colour of your choice for any of the painted ranges as well as all the others. For a perfect grain match on the end of exposed units you will need to order replacement end panels (at extra cost). All our kitchen doors and cabinets are colour co-ordinated together, this means that we've made every effort to ensure that each of our doors, colour matches each of the applicable units. We do not guarantee an exact colour match as this is often impossible to achieve.
Can I have non standard colour carcase material?
Yes you can subject to availability and cost, check with the sales office for further details.
I’ve made a mistake on my order, what can I do?
Your kitchen is made to order, and as such once construction commences it is too late to cancel any item and you remain liable for the full costs. Changes without penalty can normally be made to your order up to a week after we receive it. Additions to your order can be made at any time. A quick courier delivery service of additional items is often possible, contact us for details.
We have made un-drilled doors available on some units to suit certain appliances. If in doubt, order it loose, it can always be fitted later. Please if possible advise of what appliances will be fitted.
What our abbreviations stand for?
DL – Drawer Line: Door and Drawer making up your fascia. Sometimes offered as ‘dummy drawer’, meaning a 'fixed in place' drawer front without drawer box.
HL – Full Height: This means your door is the full height of the unit, no drawer is included with Full Height units.
LW - Low Wall: This means the height of the unit is 575mm with a full height door.
MW - Mid Wall: This means the height of the unit is 720mm with a full height door.
HW - High Wall: This means the height of the unit is 900mm with a full height door.
SS – Stainless Steel: Abbreviation indicating Stainless Steel Fronted Units or Stainless Steel accessories.
T&G / TG – Tongue and Grooved: Abbreviation specifying a Tongue and Grooved plank effect.
